I’m a father of two, a husband, a marketer, a web developer, a writer, a musician, a coder, a nature-lover (and, naturally, a vegan), an artist, a designer, and a maker—all driven by curiosity and grounded in purpose.
I’m building a life that blends creativity with compassion, logic with intuition, and art with utility. Whether I’m sketching ideas, planting seeds, writing lines of code, or helping my kids explore the world, I strive to leave things better than I found them. I’m here to create, connect, and contribute—one thoughtful project at a time.
I do many things. You may know me from my marketing, music, writing, art, social media, work, life, etc. Or maybe I gave you a friend card (it’s like a business card, only for friends). You can learn more about the things I do (or have done) below.
I founded Caraway Digital Marketing after years of working in-house with some of the biggest names in the Houston healthcare industry.
Before that, I spent several years as an SEO specialist at Forthea, one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Houston helping dozens of businesses from local to enterprise drive more business through internet search.
I’m doing something different with Caraway Digital Marketing. Message me if you think we might be able to collaborate. If we vibe, I can work with any budget. Please note that I’m only interested in small- to medium-sized businesses at this time.
I have been making music since I was a teenager. I started as a singer-songwriter, then formed Jared and The Jewelers, an alternative rock band. More recently, I’ve been producing music under the pseudonym Massive Castles. You can listen to what I’ve released so far below.
I once aspired to be a music journalist. Music is one of my passions! Much of my published writing is entertainment-centric. You can read my previous work below.
I started out writing for SMU’s student paper, The Daily Campus, in the mid-2000s.
I’ve written several pieces for Austere Magazine which are no longer live, but which can still be accessed via the Internet Archive.
